Unfortunately, I do not offer any refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. Please be mindful when placing your order!! 

Lost package?
If your package is stolen or is lost, please contact me and I will get back to you within 48 hours.

If your shipping carrier marks your package as delivered, but if hasn't arrived yet, please be patient. Sometimes packages show up a few days later. If your order hasn't arrived within a week of it being marked delivered, please contact me!
